 Designing for Digital Products: Design Pathways





This project looks at how design ideas repeat themselves throughout human history. From early craft to modern visual culture, new ideas appear, become familiar, and will eventually lose their impact.

Using designer Lorraine Wild’s Wheel of Progress, I mapped major design movements across time to show how innovation and stagnation constantly push against each other.

The project brings these patterns together in a clear visual system, using a vintage infographic style that makes complex ideas visually approachable, given the intimidating scale.
