This hand-bound book collects stories and memoirs from people living outside mainstream society. The project connects different outsider communities through shared themes of isolation, survival, and self-expression.

Rather than sensationalizing these stories, the book focuses on how people find beauty and meaning in the strange, hidden, and overlooked.

The design supports the narratives, letting the content guide the pacing and structure, with extreme scale, and overset text, across the french folds.
